These terms apply to the website plainship.dev and the hosted application at app.plainship.dev, provided by Devolity. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your account, the servers you connect and the actions you run. Keep your password safe and turn on two-factor authentication.
2. Acceptable use
- Only connect servers you own or are authorised to manage.
- Do not use PlainShip to attack, scan or disrupt systems or networks.
- Do not try to access other accounts or bypass plan limits.
3. Plans and payment
The Free plan is free of charge within its limits. Pro is billed monthly at the price shown on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time, and your account then returns to the Free plan.
4. Your data
You own everything you store in PlainShip. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep PlainShip fast and available, but we provide the service “as is”. Keep your own backups — PlainShip includes encrypted backups to make this easy.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or downtime caused by commands you run on your servers.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
