Plain tools
for people
who ship.

We believe running servers should feel calm. PlainShip exists to make deployment and automation simple again — over the SSH you already trust.

Our story

Infrastructure got complicated. We kept it plain.

Modern tooling often asks you to install agents, learn a new platform and hand over your keys before you can ship a single line of code.

We started PlainShip because most teams don’t need more moving parts. They need a reliable way to push code, run a task on twenty servers and sleep well at night.

SSH and bash already do the hard work. PlainShip gives them a great home: a dashboard, a vault, schedules and a history your whole team can read.

What we believe

Four principles behind every feature

  1. 01

    Plain over clever

If a feature needs a manual to explain it, we simplify it until it doesn’t.

  2. 02

    Nothing on your servers

No agents, no daemons, no surprises. Your servers stay exactly how you built them.

  3. 03

    Your keys, your data

Secrets are encrypted, workspaces are private and you can export or delete everything.

  4. 04

    Calm by default

Clear output, safe rollbacks and quiet notifications that only speak up when it matters.
